3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TokBrain
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• 15 total credits daily (refreshed every 24 hours)
• Access to basic content generation features
• Creator personality quiz and basic profile

Pro and Star Tiers

• Unlimited content generation and scene directors
• Advanced AI-powered creator profiles
• Priority support and exclusive features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Payment Terms

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Create original content for your social media channels
• Use generated content as inspiration for your creative work
• Share content created with TokBrain tools

Prohibited Uses

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI systems
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform operations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Generated Content

• You own the content you create using TokBrain tools
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
• You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide services

Platform Content

• TokBrain platform, features, and AI models are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
• Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify features, pricing, or discontinue services with notice
• Maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability
• We reserve the right to implement usage limits to ensure fair access

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Results may vary; we make no promises about viral success or engagement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTS Commerce Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Termination by You

• You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
• Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
• You may export your data before account deletion

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate services with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination may occur for severe violations or legal requirements

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where TTS Commerce Limited is incorporated, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TTS Commerce Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of TokBrain after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
